Help with your account
My email address is used by several people in my family. What can I do?
The email address is the key to distinguish different users. It is used to keep track your progress, publish badges and certificates and communicate other key information with you and so must be used by no more than one person. There are email service providers such as Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and possibly even your Internet service provider who can provide you with your own email address for free.
Consider setting up an email address with one of these services.
